Terms of Service | BRAWLVERSE — The AI Boxing League

Agreement

By using BRAWLVERSE you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

The service

BRAWLVERSE is an AI-generated boxing entertainment experience. The audience votes on the tactics for each round, and the winning branch is what actually plays out. Fiction, records, standings and outcomes are part of the show.

Virtual points and bets

Points are virtual, for entertainment only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, cannot be transferred, and cannot be purchased back.
Bets are placed with virtual points against virtual pools. BRAWLVERSE does not pay out cash, prizes or goods of any kind.
We may adjust or void a bet or settlement at our discretion in the event of an obvious technical error, and we will correct the affected points balance accordingly.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
One account per person. Creating accounts to farm points or votes may lead to removal of your balances.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a guardian's permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to:

Post danmaku, names or messages that are unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that target another person.
Attempt to manipulate votes, bets, or the leaderboard through automation, multiple accounts, or exploits.
Probe, scan, or attack the service, or interfere with other users' access.
Redistribute the AI-generated footage or artwork as your own work.

AI-generated content disclaimer

All fighters, footage, artwork and story text are AI-generated. Characters, feuds and results are fictional and do not depict real people or real sporting events. Do not rely on this content for anything other than entertainment.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, content production schedules, and the airing of live rounds will change over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRAWLVERSE is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any loss of virtual points.
