Privacy Policy | BRAWLVERSE — The AI Boxing League

Introduction

BRAWLVERSE is an AI-generated boxing entertainment site. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to delete.

What we collect

Account information — if you sign in, we store your email address, display name, and the authentication records required to keep you logged in.
Device identifier — if you play without signing in, we derive an anonymous identifier from your browser (canvas fingerprint, screen and locale characteristics) and store it as a hash. It is used to deduplicate votes, hold a single fantasy league, and rate-limit submissions. It is not linked to your name unless you sign in.
Votes, picks and virtual point balances — the game state that makes the season work: your tactics votes, your fantasy picks, your bet history and your points balance.
Danmaku you post — the text, the nickname you chose, and a hashed IP address used for spam filtering.
Server logs — request metadata such as IP address, user agent and timestamp, retained briefly for abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers. We do not use third-party analytics profiles. Points and bets are virtual and never convertible to cash, so there is no financial account data tied to them.

How we use it

To run the league: count votes, settle bouts, keep standings, and award virtual points.
To protect the site: rate limiting, spam filtering on danmaku, and blocking abusive requests.
To send service email, such as verification or password reset links. We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly subscribe.

Cookies

We set a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a locale cookie to remember whether you chose English or Chinese. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Anonymous device identifiers are kept as long as the season runs so that your votes and picks stay consistent. If you want your data removed, email us and we will delete the rows associated with your account and your device identifier.

AI-generated content

All fighters, footage, artwork and story text on BRAWLVERSE are AI-generated for entertainment. They depict fictional characters and fictional violence, and they do not represent real people.
